Spencer was having a great session with Ryan. At the 30 minute mark, I checked on them. Ryan was trying so hard to learn some of the notes… more » that Spencer was teaching and he was in a frustrated spot. We could have stopped there, but Spencer did not want to give up during a frustrated moment. They worked through it and were able to successfully end the lesson on a positive for Ryan. I deeply appreciated Spencer’s teaching sense, to know that stopping may not have been in the best interest for Ryan’s learning at that moment. I was very grateful.
